The Community Research Affirming Folks of Trans experience (CRAFT) lab is dedicated to conducting research by and for trans people.

Mission Statement

This lab is dedicated to research and action focused on healing from and resisting stigma (cisgenderism, sexism, racism, ableism), supporting addiction recovery, increasing access to gender affirmative care, and reducing HIV health inequities.

We are a team of queer and trans community-based participatory researchers whose work aims to develop and implement sustainable, peer-led, evidence-based behavioral health interventions.
